Guarantee Against Loss
ISoldMyGold.com liability will be limited to five-hundred ($500.00) dollars or the value of the contents, whichever is less. This Guaranty shall apply only to merchandise which is shipped with one of the carriers that is used by ISoldMyGold.com.

In no event shall ISoldMyGold.com be liable to any third party, including any insurance carrier. ISoldMyGold.com shall not be liable for any claim brought by customer's/seller's insurance carrier and, by submitting an item to ISoldMyGold.com, customer/seller expressly and specifically waives any such subrogation claim on his or her behalf, as well as on the behalf of his or her insurance carrier.

This limitation of liability shall be binding on the customer/seller and any third party, including, but not limited to, customer's/seller's successors, insurance carriers, and any other individual or entity asserting any right or claim relating to this transaction.

ISoldMyGold.com shall not be liable to anyone for any damages, including, but not limited to, incidental, consequential, punitive, loss of profit or opportunity, other than as set forth herein above.

By submitting the item, customer/seller explicitly accepts this limitation of liability.

Requirements For Use
Every customer must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Every customer must be the actual owner of all items sold Every customer must be acting on his or her own behalf and not as the agent or representative of another person. ISoldMyGold.com may, but shall not be obligated or required to, request documentation or other proof of the sellers ownership of the items.

Verbal Offers
Any customer may request ISoldMyGold.com to provide a telephone or e-mail quote for his or her items after such items have arrived at ISoldMyGold.com. Verbal offers maybe recorded. Upon a verbal acceptance by the customer of the telephone or e-mail quote, payment will be issued by ISoldMyGold.com within twenty-four (24) hours of acceptance, and the seven (7) day customer satisfaction holding period guaranty will no longer be applicable to such transaction.

Return Insurance Liabilities
Customers offering merchandise for sale to ISoldMyGold.com understand and accept that they will be offered the fair wholesale value. If an item is returned to a seller, ISoldMyGold.com will insure the item for no more than the amount offered by ISoldMyGold.com, regardless of what it was insured for inbound by the seller, unless otherwise notified upon rejection of offer by email prior to return shipment.
